Team Jamaica
Our team is JAMAICA.
First, I didn't know about Jamaica and I didn't know where it is so I searched the Internet to find information about our team.
Here's what I've gathered up...
Jamaica is an island which is located in the Caribbean.
Jamaicans speak English. Jamaica is third in population among English-speaking countries of the Americas. First is the United States and second is Canada but Prof. David said it sounds so different to standard American English. Jamaica is famous for a particular genre of music. It's called "reggae". We can feel black people's soul through it. It has an influence on pop music too. The famous reggae singer from Jamaica is Bob Marley. I knew who he was.
I think maybe the final winner will be our team "Jamaica" because, Jamaicans have a lot of talent about everything and are very energetic.
Today, we played Speed Quiz. Actually, we were not the winners, but next time we will be the winners though our teamwork, so our team must be like the Jamaican people.
