During the first week of GEO 6, each class were assigned to pick a representative to pass articles to show the world on what they've been doing inside their classes and giving a little piece of their minds. ^_^
For starters, here's a little glimpse of how they find GEO and every thing or person that's connected with it...
"Life in GEO"
O.B.F.
"Of the students, By the students, For the students". That's the motto of Global Lounge. This place exists for the students and if you go there, you can enjoy so many activities.

The portal to Global Lounge
For example, there is a cafĂ© and board games. You can also watch a movie or talk freely with your friends. But…you can ONLY USE ENGLISH!!! It’s a rule. It’s “the” law there.

Our first impression of Global Lounge was that the facilities were clean and nice; and the Oreo Shakes were so delicious. The staff in O.B.F. is comprised of CUK students and they are called “OBF masters”.
So if you want to use English and if you want to enjoy the activities, just go there! It will exactly make you feel like you’re in paradise!
Professor Irving
Our homeroom professor is Irving. We really love Irving. He is like our father.
Our homeroom professor is Irving. We really love Irving. He is like our father.
His hobby is eating chocolate and with this, we’ve decided to name our class ‘Irving’s Chocolate Bank’. Why? Because if we try to get something, we will get a lot, but if we do nothing we can get nothing.
He has many expectations from our class and it always succeeds to energize us. Sometimes, Irving’s questions are very difficult. But after thinking about the questions, we later on come up with answer.

Professor David
David is very comfortable like our uncle. He incites us to talk more and loud. His activities are very interesting especially in the activity where we had to pick out partners. One person had to pretend that he’s blind as his/her partner leads him/her to avoid some paper cups as we go along the activity. Every one of us was given the chance to experience how it feels like to be blind.
At that time, we listened only to our partner’s voice carefully. That is why, after that game, we became close to each other.
Michel Food
Every GEO student should have Michel food...
This morning we went to Michel Food for breakfast. The menu was ham, rice, kim-chi and soybean curd. It was delicious!
During meals, we must speak English because we don’t want to get a yellow card. At first we were not accustomed to such rule. However, as time goes by, we became more and more accustomed to it.
The menu in Michel food doesn’t contain M.S.G. and we think the amount of salt on the food is very small. So our body is very healthy but we want to have more side dishes! For us, the protein content in the food is lacking which is why we still feel hungry even after we eat.
Dormitory
The dormitory that we stay in also consists of various facilities that we could freely use. These include the following:
1.) Dorm Room: Our room is large enough to live comfortably. We have big desks and book stands. Next to the desks are comfortable beds. They’re so comfortable that it makes waking up early in the morning so hard!
2.) Students’ Lounge: In dormitory, all floors have place to socialize. There, we can rest, drink soda, and do other things. The biggest lounge is on the 4th floor. It includes computers and one huge TV! So we can enjoy watching TV shows and do our assignments or any other personal tasks.
3.) Laundry room: All floors have a laundry room. There are washing machines and drying machines that only cost 500 won to use their services.
4.) Security guard: In front entrance of the dorm, there are security guards. He is ‘the cream of the crop’ in our dormitory because without him, we cannot live safely inside the CUK dorm. We are always thankful for them!
