How can we stay energetic during GEO camp?

Hi there! Are you guys enjoying GEO? I think this summer GEO camp is a demanding program. When we finish our daily program, we are totally exhausted, right? So I recommend some tips in order to keep your energy.

1. Use your sleep cycle.
Do you know about the sleep cycle? The average sleep cycle is 90 minutes. So, if you haven't enough time to sleep, you could sleep for 90 minutes, 180 minutes, or 270 minutes and so on. if you keep your sleep cycle, you will feel very refreshed when you wake up.

2. Do some stretching in the dormitory.
I can recommend one yoga stretch. This is called the cat position. Please follow the pictures in your room or bed.



The cat position is really helpful for relaxing the shoulder and neck.

3. Final suggestion! Bathe in the sun.
June and July are the rainy season in Korea so you can feel a little depression during this time. If the sun comes up sometime, you should enjoy a sunbath for several minutes. Sunshine could help curb depression.
