I wonder there is a brave man who wants to make my life a movie.
Though I have lived in my own way, it is not quite different from common Korean
men’s life. I rather had followed a curriculum hard, and everyone called me a model
student. In my life, there is no charming point for the public. It, however,
does not make me sad because I have many joys. My story is just not proper for
becoming a movie like yours and others’. If someone who is loaded or a genius
director were to make the movie, I would not stop that challenge. Maybe the
movie will show my obedient living with small sorrows and joys. After I had
discharged from military service, I finally started to color my own way, but it
is even within a Korean men’s life. The movie does not need to be bright. I
want a calm view, and consideration about the precious of every day. I hope
that the directing method is really awesome. The title will be ‘John’ like
Korean name Cheol-soo. I do not care who stars in it, except an idol, because
it is not only my own story. Perhaps you reading this posting are thinking ‘What
is it?’ Well, so I described the director a brave man.
