First, tell the conclusion of my opinion, I evaluate the GEO Intensive Program is a fabulous activity in this university. This program made me change my mind to English and made me more extroverted.
In this country, most of the people study English. But sadly, they just study the stereotype way. For example, reading a grammar book or memorizing tons of vocabularies. This way make them boring. The more they study about it, the more they will be bored about it.
Because, considering them, English is subject that mostly studied for exam. As everybody known, after examination, everything will be gone. But in this perspective, we can know about the main reason why GEO intensive program is fabulous. GEO Intensive Program don’t let them just do like that way. GEO program give us chance to learn about real English speaking skills.
Specially, GEO summit and team meeting made us keep using English in real time. This is very important to the students. Because in this process, most of the students feel like that need real time speaking English skill.
During that time, we can exchange about our opinion and also we talk about many strategies for getting the victory.
First time, for certain, most people just mumble and keep quiet. But after we getting know about each other, we try to build new relationship with other people. Also we can use more English sentences.
Of course, we are not perfect English speaker. Our English speaking ability is sometimes weird. But this situation make us must speak English. So, we just use English.
This is the main point of this program, not only use the English when we want but also use English every time in real life. In this life, we can learn about the sense of speaking English.
And on that sense will help us to talk with other native speakers with English. As I said in the beginning of this essay, that is why I feel this GEO summit and team meeting is fabulous.
