My favorite hangout place in the university is the Concert Hall building. Concert hall is located at the top of Catholic University of Korea's campus. I almost live in the Concert Hall. There are a lot of reason why I love that place. First, my major is Music. I have a lot of classes in the Concert Hall building. For example, piano class, listening, sightseeing, music theory and so on. So it's comfortable to stay there. Second, there are practice rooms. I have to practice a lot but I need a piano and the practice rooms have piano. So, I go there a lot. Third, practice rooms are a great place to kill time. When my class end up early, we have spare time. I eat some snacks or lunch or go to a cafe. But, if I am not hungry or don't want to go to the cafeteria or cafe, practice rooms are the perfect place for me to kill time. There are pianos, so I can play the piano. There are also many chairs so my friends can stay there too. That place is a great place to talk freely. There are many people in the cafeteria or café. It’s noisy too, so it’s hard to have a conversation. For example, voice's volume, secrets, etc. So, I like to hangout there alone or with my friends. Practice room is always open and very free. In addition, we don't need to pay. So, the concert hall is my favorite hangout place.
Second Entry: Hwang Ji Hyeon is in Class 1-2. She is a student for GEO Intensive 34.
My favorite hangout place is the dormitory. I can be comfortable in the dormitory because my roommates are seniors and they go back to the room late at night. I usually get up at 9 o’clock but I can't eat breakfast because I have to go to class. Then I eat lunch with my friend. I have very few friends in the university, so I go back to the dormitory when I finish my class. I always do my homework, listen to music and watch television program. Sometimes I do my homework in the library, but I have computer homework so doing it in the dormitory is more comfortable. Watching a TV show is my healing time. I thought I can sleep alone but I can’t because I heard about the story of a ghost in the dormitory. I also watched the movie ‘Her’, ‘About a boy’ and ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’. The movie ‘Her’ is about future relationship. ‘About a boy’ is good. I fell in love with Hugh Grant. His smile and eyes are amazing. ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ is brutal but fun.
When I arrive in the dormitory, I plan to read my books and study hard. But, I didn’t study hard and read my books. I only read books related to my homework. When I have break time, I just watch TV and roll in bed. I hope to keep my schedule.
