Winter has arrived! In the coming weeks, the weather will change tremendously and snow will be coming. Despite the very cold weather and the probability of having difficulty to go out because of the snow, there are still various ways you can enjoy this season with your friends and even just by yourself.
1. Gather your friends and go on a trip with them away from the city. Reserve a pension in a place where there are many beautiful sites to visit. You can play some sports and when you are inside, you can play various board games while drinking a cup of hot chocolate and simply having good conversations with your friends.
2. Study harder and prepare your school works in advance. Since the weather is very cold and it makes you feel uncomfortable going outside, might as well review what you have learned from your classes and finish your school works early. In this way, you will be productive in accomplishing your responsibilities and you will have more free time for yourself in the future. This will help you to manage your time wisely.
Make every effort to finish school requirements early
3. Choose some interesting books to read or television dramas and movies to watch. Either you choose to read or watch, sit or lay in a very comfortable sofa with a cup of hot chocolate, tea, or coffee. You could add a slice of cake, some biscuits, or brownies with your beverages. Then do not think of anything else besides what your are reading or watching, feel it as if you are part of the plot. This is a very good time to relax while exercising your imagination and creative thinking.
4. When you are outside in the freezing weather, there is a way to ‘feel the youth’. The colder the weather, the easier you can feel it. First, release the entire vapor from your lungs and then halt from breathing for a few seconds. Second, bend your body forward. Then with your mouth closed, now bend your body backward and quickly take a deep breath. It is like the inhale-exhale exercise.
