Do you know the character of Hello Kitty? When Hello Kitty was made, the company’s Catch Phrase is “Create memories that inspires a girl’s sensitivity”. Hello kitty is a little cat whose eyes look like black dot, nose like yellow button and who wears red ribbons. People from wide age range, children to adults, especially women, like Hello Kitty. If you are passionate about the little cat, there is a café where you should go. There are many Hello Kitty cafés, I and my two Filipina friends visited it in Hong-dae. The café is located on the main uphill alley near Hong-dae’s main street. Because the entrance is pink from bottom to top, you cannot miss it.
In the café, from the interior itself and even up to the napkin, everything is with Hello Kitty. The pink color also dominates the surroundings. When you enter the café, on the left side, you can see the pink wall with hole shaped as Hello Kitty. Inside, there are red Kitty-shaped chairs and tables printed with Hello Kitty. When you go up stairs, you will be surprised since the entire wall is pink. Furthermore, every table and chair has a dash of pink. That’s not all, the toilet’s interior is the best among that of the café’. The white cabinet is attached with cute kitty sticker and the door of the toilet is also ornamented with wallpaper which is pink with apple pattern and Kitty. In addition, mirror, Kitty-shaped, and trash can which is adorned with Kitty. When you are in the café, it feels that you are surrounded with Hello Kitty – a great Hello Kitty sensation.

The menu of the café is no different from that of other normal café. As to coffee, the café products includes coffee variants from espresso to white mocha and you can order ice drink as well. As to non-coffee, the café provides tea, hot chocolate and non-coffee latte such as green latte, sweet potato latte and so on. You can also order fruit juice and yogurt. The café also provide dessert menu; cake, waffle, bread and hot dog. There is one point we note that the cake and waffle is Hello Kitty shaped.
As I write down a series of Hello Kitty, the café is made of Hello Kitty. Because the café is famous, it is crowded; however, if you are fan of Hello Kitty, you should definitely go there.
