When I entered the MUSIC CLUB class, I was really impressed the unique and warm atmosphere in the class. The song that was playing in class and Corien’s comfortable smile made students felt comfortable. MinJoo (Social science 09) was in Corien’s English conversation class last semester. She said that Corien’s warm and lovely personality is one of the reasons she chose the MUSIC CLUB. Corien who is in charge of the MUSIC CLUB mentioned, “The MUSIC CLUB is really a relaxing club. We are just sharing our favorite music.” As Corien explained, students in the MUSIC CLUB introduced their favorite music and listened to them. Through these activities, students built the bond of musical sympathy and they could really enjoy listening to music.
DongJin(Theology, 03) replied, “First, I can meet another class' studentsand that is an opportunity to make new friends, and I can share other’s favorite music and listen to it. That is the advantage of the MUSIC CLUB.” When they introduced their favorite music, they didn’t seem to have any burden of speaking English. They seemed to be really happy to share their tastes. I believed that speaking English merrily is also one of the precious things that they can get in the MUSIC CLUB.
