Content Class
with Professor Johan
GEO is the name of the unique English program
of the Catholic University of Korea. It means Global English Outreach.
We have two Professors in the GEO Program but
for now, I will introduce Professor Johan and his Content class. The Content
class with Professor Johan has various lessons and is so exciting. Usually,
Professor Johan gives us a task and we solve it. Then, we present it to all of
our classmates.
Professor Johann usually gives a situation (like
what to do if your airplane crashed into the ocean, planning a tour in South Africa,
how to do something as a nurse, etc.) and solve it with teammates. The process
is very fun and exciting. Sharing my thoughts is a good experience and it gives
me confidence. Finally, we present our output to our classmates. The activities
are so useful and helpful.
And sometimes, Professor Johan shows clips of
Mr. Bean or Mrs. Swan. Watching these videos is so funny while at the same
time, we learn other country's culture. We also think about the videos’
situations and present them to the class.
This is to introduce Professor Johan's Content
class. I recommend this class to you. You will never regret choosing this class
